    C'est avec regret que nous annonçons le décès de M. Jean Laplaine, époux bien-aimé de Rita Boucher. Il est décédé au CHVO (Hull) le premier juillet 2021 l'âge de 94 ans. Précédé par ses parents, Henri Laplaine et Thérèse Gougeon et par son frère Paul (Irène Bédard), il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Rita, son frère Marc (Molly), deux nièces, Rachelle (Mathieu Lipari) et Élise (Bruno Laniel) ainsi que leurs enfants, Daphné, Vincent et Milan.
    Afin de respecter ses dernières volontés, il n'y aura pas de visites la résidence funéraire. La famille immédiate se recueillera en toute intimité au cimetière Notre-Dame d’Ottawa le 19 juillet prochain.
