    est décédé paisiblement entouré de sa famille à l’hôpital d’Hawkesbury, le mardi 25 février 2014, à l’âge de 86 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Julie Litle (Cousineau), la fille de Julie, Erin Cousineau, ses sept enfants : Jocelyne (Louis), Denise (Gilles), Lynn (Yves), Nathalie (Carlos), Guy (Suzanne), Robert (Sylvie) et Marko, ses petits-enfants : Rock, Chantal, Julie, Danick, Patrick, Anyssa, Ashley, Hailey et Julie, sa soeur Madeleine ainsi que plusieurs autres membres de famille et amis. Il était un membre de très longtemps dans l’Institut canadien-français d’Ottawa. Il est prédécédé par ses parents : Lionel Mongeon, Irène de Carufel et Aurore Trudel, ses frères et soeurs : Léopold, Roger, Suzanne, Rose-Mai, son fils Marc. La famille aimerait remercier spécialement Dr Wakid, Dr Courchesne et toute l’équipe de l’hôpital d’Hawkesbury. Les amis et parents sont invités à un service à la fosse au cimetière Notre-Dame d’Ottawa situé au 455 chemin Montréal, Ottawa, le 25 avril 2014 à 13h.

    Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Hawkesbury Hospital, on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the age of 86. Left to cherish his memory are his loving family: his spouse Julie Litle (Cousineau), Julie’s daughter Erin Cousineau, his seven children: Jocelyne (Louis), Denise (Gilles), Lynn (Yves), Nathalie (Carlos), Guy (Suzanne), Robert (Sylvie) and Marko. His grandchildren: Rock, Chantal, Julie, Danick, Patrick, Anyssa, Ashley, Hailey and Julie. His sister: Madeleine, as well numerous other relatives and dear friends. He was a long time member of l’Institut canadien-français d’Ottawa.bPredeceased by his parents: Lionel Mongeon, Irène de Carufel and Aurore Trudel, his siblings: Leopold, Roger, Suzanne, Rose-Mai and his son Marc. The family would like to thank Dr. Wakid, Dr. Courchesne and all the support staff of Hawkesbury Hospital. Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service that will be held at Notre-Dame d'Ottawa Cemetery (455 Montreal Road,Ottawa) on April 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
